How do I order online?

Anything you see on our website can be ordered online. Select your item, by pressing "Place in Shopping Basket." This will hold your order until you finalize the transaction with a credit card authorization. You can change your mind about items as you go.

How do I pay?

When ordering online, you will need a credit card number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. This site listed with Yahoo! Store, is a secure site using the latest in secure/safe technology. They use the industry standard secure server software to encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot read as the information travels over the internet. You can also pay by sending us a check or money order.

How is my package shipped/when will I get it?

We will ship most orders within 1-4 days, unless otherwise noted on the site (for example, Frette items usually ship within 1-2 weeks). Please note the "usual shipping time" on the page where you ordered your items. U.S. orders will be shipped either via UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.

How can I cancel my order?

Email or call us at 1-877-768-4233 and give us your order number and name. Please note for custom-color or custom-size orders -- cancel within 48 hours or not eligible for a refund.
