This is the perfect night slip. The pure silk charmesue body is contoured at the hips and bias cut to create the perfect drape and fit. The silk velvet top has an ultra-soft texture, a gentle gather with a scooped top and is fully lined inside with silk charmeuse.

Care Instructions: All Empress Silk apparel is washable. The preferred method is hand laundered in lukewarm water with pH neutral soap using a gentle hand movement. We do not recommend Woolite for silk. We suggest Charlie's Soap or a similar pH netural, silk friendly soap. Do not soak too long. Rinse in cool water and roll silk in a towel to remove excess water. Never wring water from silk.

Sizing:

Small measures 35” in the bust, 27” in the waist and 37.5” in the hips.
Medium measures 37.5” in the bust, 29.5” in the waist and 40” in the hips.
Large measures 40.5” in the bust, 32.5” in the waist and 42.5” in the hips.
Extra Large measures 44” in the bust, 36” in the waist and 46.5” in the hips.

Fabric Softeners and HE Machines:

Fabric Softeners are used to cover the residues that normal detergents leave on fabrics. Charlie's Soap is designed to clean all the way to the fiber and leave no residues, so no fabric softeners are needed. Please also note that Charlie's Soap is HE compatible. HE means that less water is used per washing cycle. HE detergents are often merely lesser amounts of the same detergents, because most detergents on the market do not dissolve well in small amounts of water. Charlie's Soap is completely water-soluble so it needs very little water to dissolve completely. Therefore, a normal wash load dose of Charlie's Powder or Liquid is small enough to use in HE machines. If you have used the full amount of Charlie's long enough to know that your clothes have all been washed at least 4 times and you are still noticing suds, only then should you consider using less Charlie's Soap.
