Shipping & Returns

If UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority can deliver it to your address via regular ground service, your shipping is free over $99, in lower 48 states (sorry, Hawaii and Alaska are excluded since shipping costs are so much higher to these states).

Canadian Orders Please Note: There may be additional customs fees associated with the receipt of your package - these are imposed by other entities and are NOT associated with our store. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot say ahead of time what they will be since they are not imposed or collected by us.

Currently, we ship in the U.S. (and its territories) and Canada only.

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. All returns must have a pre-approved RA# (Return Authorization Number) and we will provide you the specific returns address. Returns without an RA# and sent to the specific address we provide you will not be accepted. Please email or call to initiate the return or exchange.

Returns are refundable if you return the items to us within 30 days of your receipt of the order. All returns of non-defective items must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition. We do not accept returns of opened, used or washed bedding.

EXCEPTION: SnugFleece wool mattress pads have a 30-day "sleep guarantee" offered by the manufacturer. This item you can use and return within 30 days if not satisfied. However, it can NOT be returned in washed condition.

If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. Certain products are not returnable, including opened bedding, used apparel and custom orders. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned.

We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs - orders over $99 receive free shipping only if you keep the product).

All returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to restocking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: All Bridal Satin bedding is custom-made, thus once you place and receive your order, it is non-returnable. If you need color swatches to be sure, let us know and we'll be happy to send them to you. Once order ships, all sales are final.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective returns. If you receive an order that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will issue instruction for pickup/return of the defective item and send out a replacement.

Items which are not returnable:

• All custom-ordered products: (Bridal Satin, Mayfield Bedding custom sizes).

• All opened bedding products (i.e. pillows, pillow cases, comforters, sheets, encasings, etc.) EXCEPTION - SnugFleece Wool Mattress Pads.

• Used or laundered apparel (i.e. robes, clothing).

Refunds will be issued within approximately 2 weeks of return of item. Please allow one billing cycle on your card for the refund to reflect.

Returning products is easy, simply follow these instructions:

1. Email us at "CustomerService@DreamSoftBedware.com" to request a Return Authorization Number and we will contact you within 24 hours (in most cases sooner) with this number. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.

2. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return. All returns must be shipped via trackable and/or insured carrier.

3. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents and if the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase.

Swatch Requests:

If you wish to be certain about a color before ordering (as all monitors register colors slightly differently), please contact us for a swatch. We are able to send swatches of most sheets and bedding for color and/or texture considerations.

$99.00 and over - free Ground shipping via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority. (Expedited shipping is EXCLUDED from the free Ground shipping offer.)

Important Shipping Information:

Most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. USPS Priority Mail is available for many products to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, AK, HI and Puerto Rico orders. Please note the usual time to ship when you place your order - this will give you an idea of when your order will ship. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for in transit time once the order ships (unless you chose expedited shipping).

With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. All shipping/handling fees take into account the bulk and weight of the items being shipped.
