Shipping & Returns

If UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority can deliver it to your address via regular ground service, your shipping is free over $99 - even to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Canadian Orders Please Note: There may be additional customs fees associated with the receipt of your package - these are imposed by other entities and are NOT associated with our store. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot say ahead of time what they will be since they are not imposed or collected by us.

Currently, we ship in the U.S. (and its territories) and Canada only.

Returns:

All returns must have a pre-approved RA# (Return Authorization Number) and we will provide you the specific returns address. Returns without an RA# and sent to the specific address we provide you will not be accepted. Please E-MAIL (if possible) or call, for return instructions.

Returns are refundable if you return the items to us within 30 days of your receipt of the order. All returns of non-defective items must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition. We cannot accept returns of used, opened or washed bedding. EXCEPTION: SnugFleece wool mattress pads have a 30-day "sleep guarantee" offered by the manufacturer. This item you can use and return within 30 days if not satisfied. However, it can NOT be returned in washed condition.

PLEASE NOTE: All Bridal Satin bedding is custom-made, thus once you order and receive it - it is non-returnable. If you need color swatches to be sure, let us know and we'll be happy to send them to you. Once order ships, all sales are final.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective returns. If you receive an order that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will issue instruction for pickup/return of the defective item and send out a replacement.

Refunds on return products will be issued within 1-2 weeks of return of item. Please allow one billing cycle on your card for the refund to reflect.

$45-$64.99 - $12.95

$65-$84.99 - $13.95

$85-$98.99 - $14.95

$99.00 and over - free Ground shipping via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority. (Expedited shipping is EXCLUDED from the free Ground shipping offer.)

Important Shipping Information:

Most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. USPS Priority Mail is available for many products to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, AK, HI and Puerto Rico orders. Please note the usual time to ship when you place your order - this will give you an idea of when your order will ship. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for in transit time once the order ships (unless you chose expedited shipping).

With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. All shipping/handling fees take into account the bulk and weight of the items being shipped.
